Do you keep a log of your wine experience ? Many wine sommeliers keep a wine journal of different wines. These journals are used to keep track of all the wines they have enjoyed. Keeping track of wine is similar to keeping track of people you may have met at a gathering. So many names and with some, you may have had a good conversation and others were just to young and immature (just like that bottle of?.) What was the name of that bottle you ask your self? How about a trip to wine country? After traveling to several wineries, you get home and a few weeks pass, you just realized you didn't purchase the bottle of? You remember the texture, the smell and the flavor but no name. This is just another reason for visiting and sharing at The Wine cabaret.com.
