Red Wine
Cabernet Sauvignon is by far my favorite red wine. I'm fortunate to have had the chance to try some vintages from the 70's and 80's, thanks to my Father-In-law Noel. Since that time, I have tasted nothing like it, although I still am able to find some decent wines. A few years back, my wine of choice was Pinot Noir, I remember it was around the time the movie Sideways came out. Ah Merlot. Someone please correct me on this, but I think most of us who prefer reds started with this medium bodied wine. The description below pretty much sums it up for this one. Don't get me wrong I still drink it. Zinfandel to me is a much sweeter wine, but not a juicy sweet(semi sweet). I enjoy a bottle now and then. The are so many more types of wine that I think you would enjoy that are not listed. I'll be adding more wines here from time to time, so read on and enjoy.
